How do I pay?+
Choose what works for you: pay cash or transfer when your order arrives (pay on delivery), or pay online securely with card, bank transfer or USSD via Korapay.
How long does delivery take?+
We deliver nationwide — all 36 states and the FCT. Timelines vary by location, so after you order, our team calls you to confirm your delivery day.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Just fill the short order form with your delivery address and phone number — that's it.
Does the swatter need batteries?+
No disposable batteries. It has a built-in rechargeable battery that charges over USB in about 2–4 hours.
Is it safe to use around children?+
It has a triple-layer safety mesh so the inner electric grid is hard to touch by accident. As with any electrical device, keep it out of children's reach.
What if there's a problem with my order?+
Reply to your order confirmation email or tell us when we call to confirm — we'll sort it out.
